Return & Refund policy

  • We will gladly accept Returns or Exchange, given that the goods returned are NOT damaged or used and in their ORIGINAL packing with tags (if any), within 7 Days of Order Delivered.
  • It is mandatory to Securely pack the products and Use of bubble wrap - In case of scratch or dent or any damage in transit to the product, company will Not be responsible and will Not returning the item, we will send it back to you as it is. To avail Return Policy rights please follow the safety instructions for the return shipment - in case Any damage company will Not be Responsible.  
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 days(excluding Sundays) after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to address communicated via our official E-mail only.

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S):

 

1. REPACK MERCHANDISE

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.


2. SHIP TO

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense.

3. REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Upon receiving the return shipment at our office, it would take us 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays) to process you Refund or Exchange. We will notify once process gets initiated, in mean while we greatly appreciate your patience 🙂

Refunds are only available if goods received are damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@abwholesale.pk . If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please make a video while opening the parcel incase of any damage/missing item, send us the receipt & video at sales@abwholesale.pk on the same day of delivery - NO claims will be accepted without video, the video should be of before parcel opening and should be without any pauses and cuts. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Color & Design may slightly vary due to difference in photography lightning. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your requested payment method(Banktransfer/Easypaisa/Jazzcash).
